Dan McClelland is neither an inlaw nor an other. But he was the first McClelland to submit a story for McClellandfamily.com. (Thanks, Dan!) Here is his update.

With the nightmare that was marriage behind me, and a good year and a half to clear my sinuses, I’m comfortably embarking on the next phase.

Having met Anna in that scary nebuous cloud known as cyberspace, we have gotten together in person three times (I’ve been to New York twice and she’s been here) and we can’t get enough of each other. She is the most exceptional woman I’ve ever met. Sometimes, I call her the anti-Rachel.

She has made arrangements to transfer her current computer electronics schooling out here, and has flown here to stay. Upon her arrival, we spent a month getting things in order, like home, school and work. Then Anna flew back to New York in early November for her daughter Sabrina’s birthday (Nov. 10).

Sabrina will hopefully join us some time around Memorial Day. It looks like 2004 will be an excellent year.
