Apple recently announced their new hardware, the first to use the Intel Chips, at the Macworld Expo in San Francisco. Of course they touted the new MacBook Pro as the greatest thing since sliced apples, but now the reviews are starting to come out and make me wish that I hadn’t bought a Powerbook when I did. Many speculated that they would be faster, but “exponentially?” Yuval Kossovsky of Computerworld says perhaps they are. The other model to take advantage of the intel chip is the iMac. I talked my dad into buying one just a few weeks ago. Now they’re TWICE as fast! Does he read this blog?
