Preserving old website headers

Yet another family website header bites the dust as we update to more recent pictures and perhaps fonts too.
I promised back in 2009 that I would dig up some old masthead versions that were used for quite some time on the original blog. At the time, I was way ahead of Google in creating my special occasion headers. Here is our Christmas version:

We even had a custom header for each family member’s birth month. Whoever’s birth month it was got to wear the hat and blow the horn:
And since it’s the new year, we had to include this one. All I remember is working on this one for hours on end. My Photoshop skills have improved vastly since then.
